These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AEON RIFT — the game, the website at aeon-rift.com, your account, and related services provided by Myelix Labs Limited ("we", "us", "our", the "Services"). By creating an account or playing the game, you agree to these Terms.
Round-based payments, not a subscription. AEON RIFT Galaxy Mode is purchased per round (a 3-month season). There is no recurring billing. Your payment is a one-time access purchase for that round, processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record.
By registering an account, purchasing a Galaxy Mode round pass, or accessing any feature of the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
AEON RIFT is a persistent tick-based grand strategy game operated by Myelix Labs Limited. The Services include:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account, password, or login codes with any other person. You must not use another person's account without their explicit permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or attempt to disrupt the game or its community.
Payments for Galaxy Mode round passes are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all purchases. Your purchase contract for payment purposes is with Paddle, not directly with Myelix Labs Limited. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
Round passes grant access for the duration of a single competitive season (approximately 3 months). There is no automatic renewal. Solo Mode remains free indefinitely.
Cosmetic items (ship skins, faction banners, replay effects) may be purchased separately. Cosmetics are strictly visual and confer no game-play advantage of any kind.
Our refund policy is set out in the Refund Policy. In summary: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 14 days you are considered an active player and refunds are not available. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

In-game political manoeuvring, betrayal, and deception are core features of AEON RIFT and are not considered misconduct. The distinction between game-play and genuine harassment is assessed at our discretion.
Myelix Labs Limited commits in these Terms that no purchasable item — now or in future seasons — will provide a statistical game-play advantage over a non-paying or cosmetics-only player who holds an equivalent Galaxy Mode round pass. Round passes are flat-access. Elite status is earned through play, not spending.
All content, software, graphics, sounds, and game assets that form part of AEON RIFT are the property of Myelix Labs Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your own personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Battle replays generated by your game session may be shared freely for personal or community commentary. Myelix Labs Limited retains all underlying intellectual property rights.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular season will run for a specified duration. We may pause, alter, or end a season in exceptional circumstances (including but not limited to technical failure, legal requirements, or Void-level catastrophe).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the round giving rise to that claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via the game. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. Where changes would materially diminish access you have already paid for within a round, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and, where applicable, a proportional refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
