Purchases of AEON RIFT Galaxy Mode round passes are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract is with Paddle. This Refund Policy aligns with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
If you are not happy with AEON RIFT for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days, you are considered an active player and the round pass is no longer eligible for a refund.
Contact hello@myelixlabs.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address on your account and the approximate date of purchase.
Use the buyer portal link in your purchase confirmation email, or visit paddle.net to manage your purchase and request a refund.
If eligible, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
A full refund is available if you contact us or Paddle within 14 days of your round pass purchase. We do not impose additional restrictions or exceptions beyond those in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
After 14 days, you are considered an active commander. The round is live, your Commander MMR is recording your history, and your galaxy depends on you. Refunds are not available at this stage.
Where local consumer protection laws grant you additional or non-waivable rights — including statutory withdrawal rights — those rights apply. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
AEON RIFT Galaxy Mode is purchased per round. There is no recurring subscription and no automatic renewal. You will never be charged again without choosing to purchase access to a future round. Solo Mode is and will remain free, forever.
Cosmetic items (ship skins, faction banners, replay effects) are subject to the same 14-day refund window as round passes, provided they have not been redeemed or consumed within the game. Once applied to your account they are non-refundable.
